mYinsanity welcomes Jo “Golden” Myeong Hwan

The Golden rule is that there are no Golden rules when it comes to our new Zerg player.

It has been a few years now that Golden retired from professional eSports to fulfill his military duty. He is now coming back to the StarCraft scene and we here at mYinsanity could not be happier to support him in doing this.

If you are one of many who have joined in the StarCraft community only recently, you may not have heard of this entertaining yet competitive player. Some of Golden’s last accomplishments and ventures before his military service began in 2014 include the following…

3rd Place – 2014 WCS Season 2 EU Premier
3rd Place – 2014 WCS Season 3 EU Premier
5th Place – 2014 DreamHack Open: Valencia
3rd Place – ESL Pro Series Germany: Summer Season 2014
2nd Place – ESET Masters 2013

Moving forward, Golden will be participating in clan wars and team leagues for mYinsanity, as well as online and offline tournaments. His other focus will be growing and improving his Twitch and YouTube channels while delivering content to his many fans. We can’t wait to see what he has in store for us, and we look forward to his exciting play and content ideas. Don’t take our word for it though, Golden has prepared an announcement video to describe his feelings on coming back with mYinsanity…

Our StarCraft Team Manager Mark “Yogmark” Meijdam also had this to say about our latest signing…

“It’s already amazing news that Golden is returning to StarCraft, and to be able to welcome him to mYinsanity is a dream come true. Golden is not only a great player, he is also a very kind and loving person. We will do our best to support him in all his dreams and be the team he deserves!”
