mYinsanity Welcomes Lonya!

As a Swiss based organization, mYinsanity is always looking to expand and draw more attention in the local Swiss scene. With that being said we are very excited to announce a new and very special member of the Swiss eSports scene and now also the mYinsanity family: Nadine Lonya" Leimbacher

Nadine “Lonya” Leimbacher is a 22 year old living in Schwyz, Switzerland and has been streaming for nearly two years.
She started gaming at the age of six when she got her first Game Boy with Pokémon Blue. Ever since then she began gaming on all platforms and
exploring different worlds. In 2014 Lonya began to stream on her own channel: Lonya4071.

Lonya is a very energetic and passionate individual who has a lot to offer. We wanted the community to get to know her a little more so we had a short interview with her soon after making her move to mYinsanity official. Here’s what she had to say:

What are you favorite parts about streaming?

The whole concept of gaming, streaming and eSports has always fascinated me.
Over the years of streaming I became an important part of the Swiss community which has allowed me to meet a lot of interesting people and recently resulted in working with media
such as being in the most well known newspaper and in television.

What do you like most about the community?

For me, the whole community is like a huge family and the people are really supportive and fun to interact with.
I met a lot of people who grew to be an important part of my life.

Why are you mostly streaming in Swiss-German?

It’s my native language which makes it easy for me to act naturally.
Furthermore it helps to enlarge the Swiss community on twitch.

Do you have a streaming idol?

Yes, “MissCoookiez” is my favorite streamer because she is really calm and creates a chill atmosphere.

Favorite games?

-Super Hexagon
-DotA2 (also stream favorite)

If you could ask for any game being remade, which would you choose?

Age of Mythology (which already came out) and TimeSplitters

What do you do besides gaming and streaming?

I’m currently studying with the goal of becoming a teacher. What I love to do in my free time is read books, making music, and eating.

What food do you enjoy most?

Lasagna and Nutella

If the Internet broke down forever, what would you do with your life?

I like to write poems, so I think that would take a big part of my life, such as reading.
I’d definitely make more music and maybe join a band or write my own songs.
Basically there would be no reason to stay home anymore.

Any final words or shout outs?

Big thanks to mYinsanity helping me to build up the Swiss community on twitch.
If you are interested in Swiss German streams be sure to tune in!

Everyone at mYinsanity if very happy to have Lonya on board and we look forward to seeing all the great work she will produce under the mYinsnaity name. We hope that her hard work will not only grow the Swiss community but will bring more international attention.

“We are very happy to welcome Nadine in our Team! She’s not only on of the most talented and entertaining Swiss Streamers but also supports the Swiss gaming community and esports beyond her stream. As a crew member at several of our events she showed us her motivation and became part of the mYi family. ”

-Manuel Oberholzer, Social Media/Marketing Manger

We’re also very excited to announce that  Lonya will be featured in the ongoing series: UPC eSport Weeks– make sure to tune in for her first appearance under the mYi tag!
